    ... suggesting that the bottom did not get very deep for that distance. There was not much wave action as a result.

    As we passed mile after mile of this type of beach, we really regretted not coming down to this area. Harley, in particular, would have really liked the conditions here. Oh well, maybe next time.

    ... As we approached Tallahassee, I noticed a building cumulus line ahead of us. Though I felt we could get past/over it, it appeared to be right about where our regular descent would commence so I decided not to chance any conflicts and I began the descent early.     ... we have been on in our travels this trip I can honestly say Florida has the smoothest roads so far. Another time change for us. These time changes should not be a surprise as the GPS tells us when there is a time change and of course the clock in the truck changes automatically as well.     Sad to leave Biloxi, but it's time to move on as more great things await us. Heading East on I-10 hoping to make Tallahassee.     ... to stay up for about 5 hours, and then slept for about 5. Landed in San Fran at 10:30 AM local time. Getting through customs with Global Entry is THE BEST. Took less than 2 minutes. The biggest hassle was the fact that I changed airlines from United to US Air, so had to get my luggage and lug it upstairs in another terminal to check it in at the US Air counter. Then I had three hours to kill. That's when I got tired! Think I fell asleep on the San Fran to Charlotte ...
