2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup oil (I used sunflower oil.)
2 ripe smashed bananas
1 cup of soy milk mixed with water (half/half)

First mix all dry ingredients and add the yeast (mixed with a bit of warm water). Mix in the smashed bananas. Add the soy milk and water. Mix in the sunflower oil. Then it goes in the oven for 30 to 50 minutes under 180 degrees Celsius ...
