This trip was just to get away, unwind and relax. Came back here to see the friends we made last year. Been playin cards, the girls have done a couple puzzles etc... Went to Blue ridge to the Blue Ridge Community Theater and watched a play "Miracle on 34th Street". Was very entertaining. A few friends I hadn't seen in months; Zev, Kenzie, and Luke (living in Alabama) met me in Curahee, GA to climb for the weekend. We got there around 9pm Friday night and set up camp. Once the tents were up we caught up on each others' Vista years around the campfire. Zev made some awesome soup to share! It had kale, sausage, beans and I don't even know what else but it was delicious. We were all tired from the drive so we hit the hay early.

... of places to shop and eat. Suzanne and I had been there about a year ago but decided to see the town again.
We have enjoyed our stay and may even come back here for a visit. Tomorrow we move on to Mistletoe State Park in Appling, Ga. for 5 days before slowly getting back to Port Orange.

... where we were only 5 min before closing, we managed to try 2 whites and bought one. Then back to the back deck at Lucilles for a drink and then to Nachochee Grill for burgers...nice place, nice people and yummy burgers. Then dessert at Lucilles of a very yummy chocolate. ... We finally had pasta at a pizza place called Piazza and enjoyed a great salad, hot Foccacia and chicken pasta with sundries tomatoes and cream sauce. Bit heavy but Walter had Chicken Scallopini with zucchini and tomatoes which was really yummy. Our server was a young gut...Charlie who was very friendly and wants to come to Whistler to ski. That is one thing about Georgia...really friendly, helpful people and a church on every corner and the best kept lawns in N. ...
