          ... is therefore important, else you risk missing some important information, although if travelling to Milan, it's less important as the train terminates then does the return journey to Paris. Our experience on TGV was less enjoyable than Eurostar, but this has more to do with the personalised service we received on Eurostar, which is not provided on TGV.
