... the hill. Unfortunately visibility even worse today so after the effort of making our way up the hill we could not even see the water. Great villa's though.
Fast boat back, ferry home and we enter our warm apartment at approx 7pm, in time to cook dinner.

Well from the outside of city there is a breathtaking view of the upper town but once you are in it I woudn't say the same. Still there is plenty to see wandering around the streets and lots of lovely churches to explore. But it's definitely not the best medieval town in Italy.

In the morning, we got up early and had some breakfast before we headed off to the airport to go to Greece!

... modern decor and apartment. ... We went to dinner at about 8.30 pm at a restaurant in the centre of town. It was a lovely Italian place and I had parpadelle with mushroom and zucchini shavings. It was nice but not brilliant. As the dish cooled it lost its flavour. Afterwards we walked the streets nearby through an area Alessandro told us was new. It was like a mall with a few skyscrapers at one end. There aren't many skyscrapers in Milan. The streets ...

      Day 2 - Milano

A travel blog entry by wander-ful on May 03, 2014

... pizza squares (3 euros!). We sat and ate them in the Parco delle Basilche, the walls painted with Beatles lyrics and the high fashion of the centre was ...in favour of alternative outfits. On our way back we were hit with a thunderstorm, the heavy rain soon turned to hail as we huddled in a doorway. It soon cleared and we went for crepes before going ...
