    This is a simple hotel, with simple rooms, with a simple breakfast, that will do job.
    If you want a pool, a breakfast with 3 miles and a runaway to put the car...this is not what you are looking for.

    ... a few bits and pieces.

    We sat for a while, and enjoyed a couple more drinks with the girls, then we decided to go back to the unit. We needed to be out early in the morning, so there was a lot of work to do to make that happen. Tomorrow was commuting to Como, then catching a bus to Bellagio. We have heard a lot about Lake Como, and we are looking forward to the journey.

    ... outside tables are taken so we are offered a table on the 1st Floor at an open window looking out over the Piazza that has Roman Columns, several other restaurants, the obligatory church which was just great, as was the food and drink for not much money. Wednesday 6 August 2014 Awake early again, checked emails, got good news, read for a couple of hours. Today we decide to see the city on the Hop on Hop off Buses, walk to the nearest stop, we are 20 minutes early ...

    ... with the metro train schedules, and arrive around 3pm. We find that TGV wastes no time turning the train around, as passengers begin boarding the train for the return journey before we have gotten off with our luggage, admittedly we were last off the train. We find a taxi, and head to our hotel. It is also clear that we have arrived in Italy, as normal road rules have gone out the window, and the horn is the driver's best friend. This will be interesting when we begin driving here ...
