... unreal, sun is fierce and not a breath of wind. Afternoons on the balcony are the order of the day, listening to all the birds shouting at each other and arguing over bread dropped on the floor at the cafe by the lake.
Only downside is having to wait until 7 till the restaurants open. Not easy for two gluttons like us. Had a rubbish meal first night too which is enough to put us in a bad mood for about a week. Italy almost done. ...

... the Louis Vuitton shopfront and two overpriced fridge magnets, purchased from some streetside vendor. I felt like getting a t-shirt made which stated, “I saw Louis Vuitton, Milan and all I got was this stupid photo!” Despite the filth and squalor of much of the city, the main sights were lovely and hopefully, one day, when I make we make our millions, I shall return to Milan to spend....
