The main attraction in Pucon is to climb Volcan Villarica which towers above the town. Villarica is one of only five volcanoes in the world that has an active lava lake within it's crater. We enquired about the availability of joining a tour and were told to try again the next day as the weather was obviously terrible and the visibility was minimal. ...
