    ... became a little bit challenging. Within just a few congested minutes Marina had us out of the harbor, and enjoying the cool-ish summer breezes as we headed up the coast, toward Kalymnos. The very blue Aegean was only slightly wind rippled , without the presence of any current, and we leisurely cruised toward Paradise Bay.     Woke up early to see the sun rising as we approached Turkey. Went on shore for a Diane and Tony tour which involves walking, taxis and getting lost but you see all the good stuff. Stumbled on a Turkish bath house and experienced the real deal. A massage to remember. Bodrum is beautiful and very hot, hunting for shade all the time. Back on the ship and heading to Santorini tomorrow ...

    ... the Grand Marnier dinner conclusion. I gave Denise and Denise my topside bed, which I slept on Buckner island (an inflatable,large circle inner tube, brought to Millie last year by the Buckner family). Me on Buckner island, and Denise and Dennus on the topside double bunk.... all of us in sleep sacs, brought as a gift from Denise. Or should I say mine was a gift..... I love my sleep sac.     ... which I had last night, and I had the moussaka. Excellent dinner, fairly good cold white wine, superior service, and a lot of fun. Jacques was tired, so he took the "Nelson nibbles", and returned to Milena. Marina and I waited for the bill, and then we, too, strolled back to the air-less, beautiful harbor of Kos. Why the winds do not grace the harbor at night is such a shame. GMs and Turkish nightcaps were happily enjoyed by Marina and I before we too, said goodnight and sleep tight. ...
