... we had Mexican in Prague lol. We went back to see where the internet situation was and they said that we could change rooms because for some reason that room just wasn't working. So we changed rooms and this one was even better and we even ended up paying half the price! With our bellies full we hoped on a tram and headed into the city. We walked up a steep hill to get to the top where the beautiful Prague castle and cathedral were. It was this ...

... the gardens - it was lovely to be out in the sunshine :). I walked up the 99 steps of the Petrin Observation Tower and admired the view of Prague. I then went through the Mirror Maze.

... for Jehovah and theocratic interests is very encouraging. After meeting we went out for Vietnamese food with our good friends Jirka and Nelly. After a nice dinner and encouraging conversations about the congregation we stepped outside into the chilly night to find piles of trash next to the public dumpsters. "Is that a microwave?!" asked Julee. "We don't have one of those in our flat." Julee and Nelly began rummaging through boxes ...

... very interesting visit. The Jews were allotted a very small space to bury their dead over hundreds of years, so the graves were piled on top of each other, with the headstones jumbled together.  One of the synagogues has the names of all Prague's Jewish citizens lost in WWII inscribed on the walls.  No photography allowed in there, but suffice to say, every wall, floor to ceiling, corner to corner, was filled with names. Very sobering. Caught the ...
