... at Blueys, Engagements, Weddings, children and now a wonderful holiday in southern corsica.

There was much excitement on our approach. The kids would be hanging out with other kids (Thomas & Daisy) and we would be catching up with old friends. It's true what they say about old gloves, or old shoes in this case, they always make for a great fit.

Our days were filled with epic games of boules, stink boats ...

... supermarket. Found one in the resort but it was closed. Decided to have some lunch ashore, which wasn't bad and then just chilled in the afternoon.

          Saturday 22 August
Today moved further east and a little south. The coast line is just something (rewind and
press play!!!). The scenery as we were approaching our next destination is just magnificent – mountains in the background.

Anchored just outside the marina (Connigione) and ventured ashore ...

etc. A number of boats have re-anchored and we think we may have dragged up to 10 meters with the strong winds. There's quite a bit of weed on the bottom. Kept an eye out most of the day and feel quite comfortable that we are well dug in as are the boats around us.

Left the anchorage quite early and headed east along the ...

We had a lovely dinner at a restaurant about 500 m walk from the boat, typical French restaurant....Kevin and I had baked Guinea fowl with gnocchi. Desert was chestnut pudding, very ...

... to go to berth at Porto Vecchio.....back in French speaking country, so it's Bonjour now and not Bonojono!!!
We got off the boat and explored the little town.... They have a quaint little village way up very steep hill. CertInly was a workout for the "Hammies".
We came across a beautiful little church right in the centre of the village and because it was Saturday there was ...
