        ... a bottle of water as it cost me almost as much as the ticket... $4.50!! What??!! We thought we were going to get a private screening but at the last minute two guys came in! The film was pretty average, didn't rate it much! We walked out of the cinema to grey skies and a drop in temperature so we made our way back to the hostel just in time before it starting to pour down! Phew!

        ... by the lights, I walked Tom turned round and rode ended up about a mile back down the road. By the time Tom reached it had been run over numerous times the bag was shredded.         ... drove on down to Huntington beach in south LA. The beaches in LA are awesome....long, incredibly wide expanses of sand stretching out as far as you can see along the coast with a beautiful clear sea and big waves.         ... where we could see pelicans and sea lions, and then down the Ocean Front Walk to Mission Beach. You really get the feeling life is good out here. Great luxurious houses right at the beach, people drinking coffee in the sun, tons of surfers... Everything very relaxed :-)
        The bikes are very different than the ones I'm used to. They have very fat tyres and.... no gears! They look kind of old school, not sure if it's only here or everywhere in the US.
