Tom and Sue took the day to zip to Bilbao (1:45 south of Biarritz) to see the famous Guggenhiem Museum. Wow, what a building!! I don't really need to tell you what we did do I? Take one part playground, one part beach, and one part sunset and you have a Kramer day in Biarritz.

           

... Dispite the language barriers they had a lovely time exploring the basque country side. What did we do? Why go to the beach, of course!!

                     

... the kids slept. Tom did a little surfing and another nice sunset was enjoyed during dinner.

                   

San Sebastian is a wicked old town, literally full of tapas restaurants, bars and little shops. Our hostel was right in the middle of it all, it was ridiculously loud at night, but nothing wine and ear plugs can't handle. They have all these tapas laid out on the bars and you pick the ones that look good.... sometimes ...

... now all the runners are in the arena with one bull running around. The runners try to grab the tail or slap its ass while the bull charges people down and tosses them around. ... little village upon a hill and can over look the sea of tents about 1/2 mile away. This campsite is Amazing. About 15 tour companies from London have all set up tents for their tours for the week of the bulls. They say there are about 800 tents and about 100 camper vans, making about 2000 young people.
