... the restaurant, it was decided we had maybe gone the wrong way, so we turned around, and went back the 6 miles and carried on in the opposite direction from the hotel for 8 miles, still no restaurant. Crossed into New York State
Crossed the bridge over Lake Champlain into New York State at Ticonderoga, and headed south on I-87. We had a room waiting at another Evergreener, south of Albany, NY and had a long drive yet to go, and it was already dark. No more photos today - just put the pedal to the metal and booked south on I-87 and I-88 and arrived at 10pm at our destination.

We always love staying with Lynn-and she certainly knows how to spoil a guest! Breakfast on her new sunporch was a great way to start a relaxing day between our 2 driving days.
