From the display pavilion we went to a launch simulator. As you climb this switchbacked ramp up many levels there are constant reminders about small objects, and video cameras and how you need to put them in lockers, behind and below you! We landed in Florida just before Alicia's birthday. We went to Sea World for her birthday and we saw some killer whales in a brilliant show. They splashed everyone by waving their tails and doing belly flops. Me and mummy went on the roller coasters and got tossed upside down which was awesome. Next day we went to the Kennedy Space Centre and saw where the rockets get launched and where the crawler lives which transported the space shuttle from ...

Today was a long day for us. We drove to Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne. On the campus are several sites I selected for us to see. First stop was the Botanical Gardens. There is a self guided tour of more than 200 palms, bamboos, and other rare and common botanical specimens. We saw the original 1883 school house of Melbourne which had been moved to these grounds.
