... wheeled trolley, and quickly headed back to the boat. The temperature was beginning to rise, and the breeze once again had sub-sided, so the sooner we left the harbor the better. As Milena started her engines, it seemed like several other boats had the same idea. Just as our anchor was pulled, there were two large turkish gullets vying for our space, a small "whale-like" comical tourist glass bottom boat, and a rude 35-foot sailboat that just had to get in front of us. Woke up early to see the sun rising as we approached Turkey. Went on shore for a Diane and Tony tour which involves walking, taxis and getting lost but you see all the good stuff. We will not make the same mistake of last night, with the hot red wine. We now know that if we are on an island, eating out, cold white wine and a bucket of ice, will be the norm. Unless, of course, we are at Aphrodite, on Nisyros, and order the wonderful "rooster" labelled cabernet. Tonight Jacques and Marina had the meatballs in red ...

... working papers the refugees can not stay in Europe. One reason all are calm, and patiently waiting their turns for the Blue Star Ferry to take them to Athens. There has never been on this trip, or any other trip, that I am afraid to be in eitherE Turkey or Greece...... I am having the time of my life on Milena, and I do not see the refugee situation changing this in the slightest. KOS, GR Kos or Cos (English pronunciation: /kɒs/) (Greek: Κως, Greek ...
