      ... lunch we stopped at a cafe and had gozleme (pron. gertzlemee) and apple tea. Gozleme are a Turkish pancake made from a flour/water/salt/oil dough and rolled out thinly. They are then cooked on a heated plate which is sometimes electric and sometimes heated by coals. The pancakes are usually stuffed with feta cheese and herbs, or sometimes with meat or egg.       ... pickled cabbage and pickled green chillies with some raw white onion. It might sound a bit weird but it was perfect! We arrived in Antalya late afternoon and headed straight away to see the Duden Waterfalls - quite a spectacular amount of water flowing through the centre of the city.       ... or something!! I walked down the road away from the salon and tried to comb it straight. Then I put my sunnies on and was so glad I wouldn't be bumping into anyone I knew! Another good laugh and story! The guy was actually an ok cutter, it was just the mousse, trying to make it curly, cutting it too short and the lack of a common language. It cost me the grand sum of $15!!!!

      ... non stop on his two mobile phones, in between drinking tea, eating, smoking and talking to people on the bus. At one stage he had no hands on the wheel! He came close to having a punch-up with another man at a cafe stop and seemed even more rattled and erratic after that. It didn't help that we had front row seats and could see it all. We both fell sleep in the end which was probably just as well!
