... so I sucked it up. I am so glad I did! With dinner about three hours away, I was hungry enough to eat all of the steak salad, yet it wasn't heavy enough to keep me from eating dinner. The vegetables chosen for the salad were out of this world. The greens were fresh and bold. The tomatoes were juicy, ripe, and meaty! After lunch, we were afforded the opportunity to rest and take a look around the hotel we were staying.
