... I showed the hotel address to the Angkot men and one said "yes, he knew where it was and would take me" (no one spoke English but that's what he meant!). ... inhabited areas were pretty much like others I have seen here - a jumble of poor houses with some fancy ones in between - lots and lots of shops and signs advertising their wares or services. Arrived in Wonosbo and a short bemo ride later, I was at my guesthouse - very nice place - where I got the backpack cleaned up and am now heading out for dinner.
