... ice cream as we had
a taste of some different and delicious flavours such as Brown bread and sea
salt (which I purchased - it was that good). Briony tried the Gin which had
about 70% Gin in it! Ha ha she didn’t buy that one. But no Dingle is very
famous for it’s dolphin Funghi. The short is Funghi escaped a London aquarium
and wound up off the coast near Dingle. Dingle was a small fishing community so
when this dolphin would appear in the same spot ...

... gave us a run down on the history of the castle and surprise surprise it was the seat of the O'Brien clan for 200 years. There was lots of singing and a girl was playing the Irish harp also a violinist. The meal was pretty average but as you had to eat with your fingers it was good fun. Lots of singing with everyone joining in. Billiy one of the newly weds from New York was shoulder tapped to do a song. So they dragged him of threw him in a dungeon and went thru a little skit till ...

... the room. Could be disastrous. The view is amazing, surrounded by green fields, it might sound a bit boring by now, but the scenery is quite different to other parts. We could even see the view from inside the shower....
Went to the local pub, Blairs Inn for dinner. Peter ordered pork & leek sausages with mash and onion gravy. Came out with two sausages on a huge mound of mashed potato. A side plate came out with two more huge baked potatoes ...
