We left our Rental in Wales and caught an Irish Ferry over from Holyhead. Had a beautiful room right in the heart of Dublin for 2 nights.

You were right Philip, he city is over rated but we did a walking tour and that was a lot of fun. Very cold though. We also spent some time in a museum that helps you access information about your ancestors for free with floors and floors of early records. ... the way to the epicenter of population in Connemara, Clifden, for a bite to eat and back to the city of Galway. The town of Clifden was founded by the Galway General D'arcy. The Kylemore castle was built as a wedding gift from husband to wife, though after only three years of the couple's inhabitance of the castle, the wife passed away from disease. Until a few years ago, the Abbey was run by Benedictine nuns as a school for girls.
