Familiar faces and another warm welcome that reminds me how fortunate I am to have such a family, both at home and here. I happily handover the suitcase for Jos to carry upstairs, I can manage it on and off trains and planes and over footpaths etc, but also happy to delegate on stair-occasions. ... washing machine for our clothes. The campsite has free hot water showers and WiFi too! We both agree it is the nicest place so far, I will put up photos tomorrow.
Speaking of tomorrow. We may be altering plans to save a day by taking a ferry to Emden then cycling straight north. This will give us 2 days at Oskar's house and make the journey more relaxed knowing we are ahead of schedule.
... and I retreated to the apartment where we showed them our 'party' photos. Soon we were ready for sleep. It was not such a peaceful night in the tent as the wind and rain continued throughout the night.

... Again so mild at 7:30 at night outside. Then we went home. Aunty Hennie is marvellous with all the driving she does at her age. Spent evening packing. Whatsapped Willow. Then unbelievably she Skyped ! It was so wonderful to see the girls. They were eating breakfast and were well behaved. They got to say hello to Aunty Hennie also. And the dog put in a great show which they loved. So I got to see all my family today except Johnny. Up ...
