... spooky because there weren't alot of people around but it was nice and relaxing. It was also +35 outside with no clouds...so we were very drained by the time we got home. We cooked dinner (chicken, steam veggies, and potatoes yum yum) and then had some wine with the hostel workers and headed out for a night on the town. Again we made it back just in time for breakfast :) the sunrise is also beautiful in Rotterdam ! Off to Belgium tomorrow ...
Turns out waiting a day was a good idea. The morning was Glassy calm and the deckie didnt feed the fish. Worst we got was about 2 inchesnof chop on the water. We managed a good run. Got the two open water stretches out of the way. We raced the cold front all afternoon, its now raining, Arrived 3:30 in tholen. Near bergen op zoom. ... It wasn't worth remembering. Gen had a massive tomato salad, a curry stir fry and cherry cheese cake. We then returned to our hotel where the lady at the front desk was happy to give us advice as to where to go. Sadly the water tours were closed for the season and It turns out the windmills are not actually in Rotterdam like all the postcards and google searches would have you believe... they are out of town and so we did not see ...
