Next we catch a little boat out to the island to explore the castle. It was interesting wandering through the castle grounds and buildings. There is a museum in one section of it which is interesting full of cannon balls, guns and things to kill people with really!! We head back to Arzen and have a little mishap when we're almost ...

We tell him we're heading in to explore Hameln and will be back for dinner.... Sadly we missed the Pied Piper enactment which was on at 12:30 not 4:30 like I thought. Hameln is a gorgeous town/city.
