... br> Our first stop was a beautiful old theater. An orchestra happened to be rehearsing so we had a chance to listen to them a little while. After the theater we went to a fort, then to a museum of sacred objects which I dubbed the museum of dead Jesus art. It was a bunch of wooden sculptures from an old church. It turns out the Rio de Janiero Marathon is going to be the same time that Bri and I will be there. So we want to do the half so we can say we ran a half marathon together in ...

... quay. We join in and I buy a new toothbrush while sipping a beer waiting for the huge rain clouds to explode over us all.

When not playing in the market we spend a lot of time chilling in our room and getting giddy about our forth coming boat trip up "The River", eating out after we discover a rat in the kitchen (lot of rats in this town).

Hammock buying is fun and straightforward once we get out of the (very) rough end ...
