... so Drew and I parted ways after check in. The staff all spoke English - so this was easy.

The shower though. The shower was pure heaven. Easily on my list of top ten showers I've ever had. Shampoo and soap was provided. But oh god. The water was so hot and the pressure so perfect.

The capsule itself was pretty roomy. It's unfortunately not sound proof - but I got a pretty solid nights sleep.

We headed to Tokyo after we were done at the track - the train from Tsukuba stops in Akihabara, and the one train to get to our hotel in Shibuya was down (this apparently doesn't happen often). I went to 7 eleven for Sushi. So good. Walking today more of a problem with more dizziness and ...

Leisurely day. Took it easy this am relaxing with my morning coffee and small danish. I was on computer for a bit and then my ears started normal routine. So slipped on headphones, sandals and out the door I went. OMG was it hot. Not fun for one with Chiari and SEH. But headed on. I walked quite a bit and stopped at McDonalds. I have not been to one since noticed ringing increased with certain foods. Enjoyed the food after not having it ...

... we chose slim and got moving. Firstly in search of a map of the area. this took about 20 mins of backtracking to one we had spotted on out travels.
Once we had refound the map, right in the corner it points vaguely to Toronomon so off we hike. working out which street corners to turn at and bascially crossing our fingers that another sign would eventually appear.
In the mean time we found a temple surrounded by skyscrapers, which was a funny situation.
    It ...
