... around the fishmarket looking at a large variety of other fish squid and some fish eggs. Then we stopped in the restaurant for lunch. We each picked a seafood entre, I ended up picking the same combo as Mr Narita, the sashimi chirashi. It turned to be extremely filling. We also saw a tour group next to us come in each eating a fish boat. Next we head to the garden of Kairakuen where the former Shogan Totsugawa stayed. It is a plum forest, ...

Did computer stuff and packed for our trip to Bibai this weekend. Tomorrow to finish packing for Sapparo. My back is better. It will be good to go out of town and not think about health issues. I went to 7 eleven for Sushi. So good. Walking today more of a problem with more dizziness and ...

    ME day

A travel blog entry by sylvie.abrams on Jul 06, 2013

Leisurely day. Took it easy this am relaxing with my morning coffee and small danish. I was on computer for a bit and then my ears started normal routine. So slipped on headphones, sandals and out the door I went. OMG was it hot. Not fun for one with Chiari and SEH. But headed on. I walked quite a bit and stopped at McDonalds. I have not been to one since noticed ringing increased with certain foods. Enjoyed the food after not having it ...
