    ... then as ordered went to find a small table top fan. Stormax our favourite furniture and household shop had the very thing....with a years guarantee......not something always available! Purchases done it was home by midday, cold orange juice and lemonade made and then checked on internet to track Sarahs flight to Athens.....it was just coming into land on time. She has a bit of a wait at the airport but has plenty of films and books downloaded to watch and while away ...

    ... between Ayios Nikolaos and Dhekelia Garrison.....a journey of around 15 miles where the border for much of the way is only 50 mtrs from the road. Arrived at Dhekelia and headed for the beach, parked up and time for a picnic. Pitta bread, salad, fetta and hellim, washed down with cold water!     ... supermarket to waste some time. Arrived at Ercan, parked up in the hire car area....could not figure out how to get into the barriered car park area. Then sat in cafe and waited for flight to land. John and Eileen wandered out of arrivals and we loaded up and escaped tbe madhouse of the airport and were on our way home. On arrival we opened a beer or two, had a catch up and a light supper before bed. Lazy day tomorrow.
