às 7 da matina já estávamos de rabo alapado no selim, pois a jornada prometia ser longa. E posso agora disser com convicção que estou apta a subir à serra da estrela! Se 40 km na ciclovia custam, 78 com 2 serras pelo meio custa muito mais.... Caimos no erro de seguir OS espanhóis pelo caminho puro e duro e foram só 10km a pique sempre com sol a torrar a pele...E qdo pensamos que não subiamos mais, ...

... the guy, David Fernandez, took me right away and gave me massage on both calves, recommending cold baths and lots of stretching (which I had been doing). I got a cheap room and climbed into a cold bath, thinking 'this Camino keeps getting crazier'! I took it easy in the evening, met the local priest who was only to happy to help out with saying mass etc. Manaña it'll all be different on the Camino:-)
