This was the first time that I had dinner on my own without Sarah. She's in Oporto, Portugal this weekend, so it was just me and Isabel. When dinner ended, I talked with family for a bit, sent some emails, got ready, and headed back out.

Spent the morning exploring further, found Plaza Major. Much walking a again, back to hotel to await the arrival of Lynette. She eventually arrived at around 4pm. Walked down to a tapas place for dinner, then back to hotel, which took longer because I had to keep stopping for a rest. Shops open late here, until 9pm in some cases. They don't open until 9 or 9.30am. It's still dark here until nearly 9pm. Prices are quite good for regular fashion, but still expensive for ...

... that I could get a coffee at the airport and relax for a few minutes while they went through customs. The metro was soooooo much easier than I thought it would be to use. Easier than even London's system! Clean too! No one asked me for money, I did get "pocket checked" a couple of times by pickpockets, but what's new...
