... nice if we were told! But it was clean and in a great neighborhood...30 E and 3rd ave. What did I expect for $89 a night in NYC? We walked about 4 miles today, just stretching the legs and taking in the city sites (and smells, God almighty the smells, phew). Had Thai for dinner at Viv around the corner from the apartment. Then back to the room to plan our day tomorrow. Ok, tomorrow will be more interesting, I ...

... we asked to be on an upper floor, but when we arrived, they had us in a room on the second floor. the reason for this they gave as because there were to be a few parties held on the roof, and it would be noisy for us.

They were ...

... thought what the hell is that. Well it is a train man with a red cap who brings a trolley to load the bags on to go on the train. He comes with the trolley and walks us in to the train station which is the bus station as well and massive shopping centre and food court all in one. We are an hour early so we get some lunch and he takes our bags and gets us to meet him at 12.20 pm so we can get the bags. Apparently the bags have to ...

... just walk out and go shopping! It was just crazy! People everywhere! Some people had even brought suitcases in to hold all of their shopping hahah. I started at Victoria secret and I think I spent over an hour in there, half of that lining up to pay! As we had done some shopping the night before, we had already covered some of the stores but ended up making our way back to Bloomingdales to get Dallas' coat, and back through Madison ave and fifth ...
