Up early for the Memorial Meeting today. It was a perfectly clear sunny morning, forecast to be in the 20s.

... saw a marriage proposal at the Bethesda fountain. The whole family seemed to be in on it. There were balloons set up saying "will you marry me", rose petals down the stairs to the fountain and a male vocal trio who sang as the guy walked his girlfriend down the stairs.
