I've been wanting to visit the European Christmas Markets for several years now, but my husband was reluctant - he's not a fan of the cold! But this year he relented. I'm approaching one of those "milestone" birthdays, and frankly, I would rather travel than have a party, so this year we are going!

We got brochures in the mail from a number of different companies featuring Christmas Time Cruises. I also ...

Although we drove only 220 miles today, we travelled for 9 hours, and were tired. So, not finding anything exciting that appealed to us, we went to bed and got a good night’s sleep. That turned out to be one of our better decisions. Are we getting old? Or what? Read on!!
Atlantic City, New Jersey, United States concerto33We arrived at the park on Tuesday after driving only 170 miles and paying $ 16.00 in tolls. We drove over the Walt Whitman Bridge rather than the Ben Franklin Bridge in Philly. We usually stop but because there was no traffic in Philly we just kept driving and we missed the rush hour traffic.

As we were setting up Cathy & John, then Ursula & Randy came over to hug us because they said they were glad to see ...

Ocean City, New Jersey, United States summergirl109... of its screw up we got to spend more time in the scenic Jersey by the Delaware yeah right. We get to pay again to leave Jersey. Any way the pictures tell the story. The cool thing was we crossed many states in a small distance. We touched Philly, Delaware and Maryland before we got to beautiful Virginia. It definitely gets my vote for the most beautiful state East of the Mississippi. I-81 south on the way to Black Mountain ranks as the most scenic interstate.

Kingsalt.
Galloway, New Jersey, United States kingsalt... played and although some adults were sort of scared to go in my brave little girls couldn't wait to get in. Knowing they'd end up having nightmares I refused to allow them to view it. After all we do need to sleep. Lots of driving and not enough sleep is not a good combo. Well we rode our bikes up and down the boardwalk. We were practically the only ones on bikes and ...

If I were to bet to determine career choices or if I were to bet how many years of schooling I require, to determine which friends I'm allowed to converse with, or even my life - then I suppose there would be much more at stake and I'm not so sure I would rely so heavily on the dice. But in essence, there are such people at casinos that do put that much trust into gambling and by doing so, they may lose friends, they may be forced to stay in a ...
