... had. Boarding commenced after the departure time and not sure why so we had been hanging around for a while. We get on the plane and all 3 of us are asleep before take off and only wake when we land in Mexico City. Have 2 hours to kill before the flight to Cancun so have dinner and then kick back to only have to wait even longer to board the next flight. Get to Cancun after not as much sleep and await for our car pick ...

Then we walked back along the beach.. about half an hour. Back to laying on the beach. Yesterday I got a wee bit too much sun so I tended to stay under the umbrella. ... the FOOD.. it's all amazing. Thank you once again MexiKai for picking my name out of hundreds who entered the trip to Baja Mexico. I have crossed off a few things from my Bucket List and have made a commitment to myself to return and spend more time there. If you fly direct to LAX from Auckland it's only a 1.5 hour flight down the peninsula to Los Cabos airport and the airfares are relatively cheap - there really aren't any excuses not to go!

... out the more happening beach in downtown Cabo yesterday, Playa El Medano, we decided to climb over those rocks we came across. A local was angling for tips, helping people back and forth over the rocks - I definitely had more appreciation for somebody like that, than the vultures who work the marina in downtown Cabo. It was quite the ordeal yesterday, running the gauntlet of vendors and tour operators - I always wonder if they understand ...
