... we were not so lucky. The town is very up market so everything is a little more pricey. The town had a Somerset West feel, so I felt right at home. Again alot of crafts and great resturants. Amazing at night. There is a cabo stone street with resturants, bars and shops, all just open at night, with beautiful lights and live music. What a vibe. Bahia, buses and rain!
So I took an all-night bus from Rio to Porto Seguro in Bahia State; 18 hours, but not as bad as it sounds - a executivo(first class) bus with pleanty of leg room and seats that reclien way back so yuou can sleep.
