... Pottery Barn. She just kept saying “wow” and “I could buy the whole store”. The tour made a stop downtown, slow traffic and busy shopping everywhere in Maceio. ... abit late and the water was higher but we really enjoyed the experience of the boat ride. It is such a simple idea but works so well and nice to be on a boat without a roaring noise behind you. It was just a quick visit to Maceió and most of the time was spent at the beach. The next day at the Rodoviaria we were about to board our bus to Salvador and Elin and Marvin turned up. They would be in Salvador at the same time as us which was very exciting ...

... kake, a brazileira from foz travelling together with a spanish guy. Receptionist was a very funny paulistano and there was another strange guy around, probably the one that runs the place. Breakfast was prepared by beda and really basic. But the beach was just about 6 blocks away and excellent! Warm water, nice sand and palms. So I spent some nice days on the beach with company. Today we woke up in our amazing hotel. The blue room... Took a very good breakfast full of fruits, granola, cheese ;-) then we stayed in the room for a couple of hours to decide our next step: recife e porto de galinhas.
