    ... sorry if I spelt that wrong, then went back to Mirek's apartment via an off licence to get and, to drink quite a lot more beer. During the evening we had a lot of fun, took some pics, and at some point decided to go get hotdogs. They said I could wait there, but I insisted I came along, they had not let me pay for anything, and that I should at least buy the hotdogs

    Now the Wolf's lair was Hitler's Eastern HQ.
    There were, still are the remains of, huge bunkers for all his inner guard and high ranking officers.
    Andrei and Dimitri had said they would like to come along, which was great.
    Well apart from Andrei deciding we should do a bit of off roading, they had light girls bikes, I was carrying a lot of gear.

    ... my constant complaints as we crossed Russia was the total lack of any information in anything but Russian, but in Kaliningrad, it is almost bi-lingual – Russian & German!

    We were here for only two nights, with the day in between to explore, and believe me, that was plenty of time. We did some research before coming here and decided that we wanted to visit the Bunker Museum, ...
