This last week in Greece we have spent at the ESCAPE Conference in Porto Carras Resort. It is located in the Macedonia Region where there are 3 peninsulas. It is a popular destination for Greeks vacationing. The G8 Summit and the European Summit were held at this resort a few years ago, very nice resort!

Ferry, Buses and more buses
Saturday May 28th …today we are traveling from Skiathos to Thessaloniki….the ferry to Volos left Skiathos at 2:15 pm, so we had to catch a ride from the hotel down to the bus stop , then caught a bus to the port to catch the ferry. The ferry ride took 2.5 hours and was really nice…once we got to Volas we had to find the bus station, we asked about 5 different people and got 5 different directions.
