    ... him our name. The two men looked, asked if that was the right name. Yes, that's the name in which it was reserved. Mark showed him the confirmation on his phone. The one man said oh, yes, that's another hotel in our system, and it is not close to us. But it's okay, we are close to full but have one small suite available.
