    ... by the litre) topped off a perfect night….well we thought..post dinner we decided to drop in to a local bar that seemed to have a good vibe with happy hour cocktails from 10pm to midnight.     ... with lots of steps through the ancient ruins, dating back to 400 BC.
    We see Greek, Roman and even Venetian ruins. Very spectacular. We are told that many mosaic floors have been preserved, but they are covered in plastic and sand to keep them from deteriorating. Not much good for us us, their must be a better way! We eventually get to see a small example.

    Waking up on the ferry this morning feeling a little worse for wear and over heating. The cabins were cosy with no air conditioning so we didn't really have a wonderful sleep. Anywhere with the Greek Islands now coming into sight excitement is pretty high.
