When we got back to the hotel, we learned Katie had slept most of our time away and was now up and wanting to eat, a great sign.

They got John and me our own room in the hotel. The entire trip they would not let us pay a single dollar towards anything. After a nice comfortable nap, we got up at about 11 and went for a lunch. They said we were meeting some friends. We walked into a very nice restaurant and then turned and walked upstairs to the second floor. They opened a large door to a properly corresponding large room. It was filled with about 10-12 Chinese people somewhere ...

I left Changsha on Wednesday, before I left I made sure to say goodbye to the important people, there was no better way to do this than to rent a Hello Kitty themed KTV. All my favorite people stopped by, we drank, ate snacks,dance, took pictures, my Chinese friends sang American songs.....I am pretty sure I was at KTV for 6 hours (my voice is still hoarse). ...

He gave each of us a picture of the two of us, on the back of which he wrote a notes, and another picture of our friends. He also gave us all bow ties.
