The bus was due to depart at 18:08 and our nearest alighting point to the brewery was 13 minutes away. Picked up Europcar, 15 minutes walk from hotel, and drove to Roskilde. Degree of difficulty? Well you do drive on the right-hand side of the road, there are cyclists all over the place, it is a manual car, the road signs are in Danish and the maps are tricky to read at the best of times. ... everyone started on their evening chores, mine was to set the barbecue up as having access to a stone quay next to the boat, meant that we could barbecue easily. Normally pontoons are wood and for obvious reasons, shore barbecuing next to the boat is forbidden.
