    ... match with Man U winning 2-1 which made Dean very happy. We spent some time looking around the stadium before making the trek home. The trip home was horrendous, stuck in traffic most of the time. It took over 5 hours to get home. To say I was happy to get out of the car is an understatement.     ... into spectacular blocks of flats. I thought it was really attractive. The canal hadn't been manicured to the edge of its life and looked more like a river with its overhanging trees. On other days I devised walks from my map and walked over the moors, past reservoirs and remote farms, or through the valley floors beside sparkling rivers and the canal. I met lots of friendly people on my walks and came away feeling really positive.

    ... they are happy to share the cycling experience with someone who holds them up and complains all the way home ;) I didn't have a chance to take photos today but fortunately my much fitter and faster cyclist did, so you will be able to share some of the sights of today.
