    Greetings everyone,

OK, so I cheated. This isn't really an exciting travel update. It's a request to view my fundraising website and send it on to as many people as you know. You can even send it to people that you don't know! :-) As long as they are interested in learning more about pygmy hippos, and maybe supporting my research!

Katie quickly alerted us to a couple ...

... was thrilled to be back in the woods for some pristine swamp camping. Given the cold, however, the morning was a bit tough as we huddled around the fire and prepared ourselves for what was to be a long and amazing canoe journey. Neela and Shirish took one canoe and April, Chaaya and Devika hopped in the other. If you've ever been to Okefenokee you can imagine all that we saw and experienced as you access your own personal set of memories, and you ...

... inside and fitted with a load of high tech computers, most of which I couldn't tell you what they did even if I was allowed to! I'm not sure how much I can actually say about what happens inside as most of the things they were using were marked 'Secret', but I can tell you it's a Maritime Reconnaissance aircraft so we spent a lot of time over the sea. It was a training exercise though so we were flying just off the coast, so I got to see NASA at Cape Canaveral and ...
