... salad during the Feast, because I don't fix my daily salads as I do at home.

It was a pleasant lead-in to the Last Great Day. The hymn-sing was wonderful, and they did not seem to need any more pianists after all. It was an hour long, and I could have gone another hour, although probably best not to, as the girls and I needed to preserve our voices for the choir for both services next day. Desserts were served with the hymn-sing. ...

... That would have been so embarrassing -and costly!

Between the morning seminar yesterday and the webcast service from Sevierville, we went on a tour of the Home Office. We had taken one nine years ago when the girls were small, but that was some time ago, and a number of things have changed. It was of particular interest to Heidi, who hopes to attend ABC next year. ... during the sermon.

We had a delicious buffet breakfast this morning, in one of the hotel restaurants. We had been given 18 "free" tickets for 4 people for the whole Feast, so we'll make up the balance by eating our own cereal, etc. in our room. But it will be convenient to save four of the meal tickets for the Last Great Day.

After breakfast we did some Bible Study and I worked on this travel blog. Then it was time to get a quick lunch ...

... large, but it was good. It was an Asian-type salad with chicken, blue cheese, crunchy noodles, lettuce, and cranberries. Delicious!

We tried to go to bed soon after that, because we would have to be up really early the next morning, in order to make a planned excursion, and arrive for the the 2pm choir practice in Cincinnati. I didn't sleep that well because I was restless and the room temperature was too warm, but the bed was very comfortable.
