Edinburgh, Highlands and Whisky Distillery

Lucky enough, we had a shiny day all through. Yet, it started raining during the far end of the tour, but were blessed with a beautiful rainbow stretching all over the scenic landscape,

Royalty and Witchery
... Jeff, runs a French bakery. So both were excellent cooks. Great for us! We had good conversation over wine, olives, and pickles before indulging in a dirty carrot salad and a yummy scallop risotto. It was great having a homemade meal with fresh ingredients. The night ended with some cheese, chocolate, and a little Scotch. What a great last dinner in Scotland! We rode a traditional hackney taxi back to the hotel.
