    ... kept forgetting that I didn't have to get up. Thanks again for that guys ;) ). Those of us who stayed behind had a nice sunny day at the river - went canoeing, swimming and relaxed in the sun. It was a very nice day, especially after the rather hectic past week.

    ... decided to go with the flow... It turned out a lot better than I expected and the swim at Iron Ring was the only one of the day. I did get to practice the "T" rescue several times during the paddle downstream.
