    ... for this weekend's Art Car Parade in Houston. This is the 28th year of the biggest art car parade in the world - they will have 300 of these cars in the parade tomorrow.

    There were cars all decorated, performance artists and it seemed like everybody was in costume. We could not go in without purchasing wristbands, but we sat on a bench on the terrace and watched the merrymaking.
