The author and her husband give up jobs and busy lifestyles, buy a boat and travel from Toronto Canada all the way to Grenada and then back in two years.

      Once again
we have hired a motor vehicle for the weekend and once again the cost is $9.99

The state park is not very large and the camp ground is about half mile from the beach and half mile from the road, so it is very quiet. The spaces are spread apart so you have privacy amidst the slash pines and brush. Clean bathroom facility and easy walk to the beach or drive either one.

It was hard trying to leave because as soon as someone heard our accents they always wanted to know where we were from and all seemed impressed with our drive across country.Things really fell apart when the barmaid shouted the bar with something she called Liquid Marijuana. Thats all i've got to say on that but a good night was had by all.

Woke up today to the overwhelming humidity in our tent. I got up and meandered about for the morning doing laundry, showering and lazing by the pool. Once I got all my errands out of the way. Headed down to the beach, the heat was already unbelievably harsh. Needless to say I didn't spend a lot of time on the beach but instead was frolicking around in the water. The water was surprisingly warm and almost was too warm to cool you down to a comfortable temperature. After ...
