... dark. And an offer of going to a pub was not the one we could say no to.

It was perfect cosy place with real fires and great company. I can honestly say that when I was sitting there after the day of walking I really felt happiest. The simplicity of this beautiful walk was what I missed and what I want to experience more and more. That is the life I see myself having! Eventually, one day.....simple, slow and ever so beautiful.

... there, check out San Francisco and Vegas then we fly into Mexico for the month of May. We'll work our way across from Baha California in the west to Cancun in the east and fly into New York City at the end of May.

... Olaf snowmen but alas we were so near yet so far ! The feeling of being in transit is very alien but Munich has got it sussed there are the normal airport chairs but if you feel likea lie down there are what I can only describe as undulating loungers and the piece de resistance are " Nap Cabs " which is basically a box with a single bed in which you can pay for by the hour and sleep ...

... welcome, a great dinner at the Park House, and enjoyed the longest day of the year. Day 21 June 22nd: Park House to Chop Gate. Today's walk was a complete introduction to the North York Moors, with several uphill sections, great views from the moor top, and then steep descents. We completed nearly 13 miles and 3000 feet of elevation gain (with the corresponding elevation loss). We also had rained and gusty winds.
