Friday. We went to the jazz festival. At the jazz festival the first song we saw was a 96 year old play the fiddle. In one of the songs we saw there was a giant beach ball it got chucked all over the place. ... prevents flooding problem. If people are to build houses on the riverside today, they are required to be on stilts about 15 feet aboveground. However, those houses still had three feet of flooding when Hurricane Katrina hit!!
