From North Battleford we travelled North East toward the thriving metropolis of Prince Albert. En route we stopped for lunch at a small diner in Shellbrook and then headed over to the visitors centre for some information. A lot of food and a lot of people!
... kids, as she said, you always try to sneak in some vegetables, and so she added green peas to it. And since then the recipe is called Cream Peas on Toast and it is soooo delicious. A few years ago I had it for the first time when we spend our Family Froess Christmas in Regina. Lloyd and Dylan, quite a bit younger then, loved it too. They got seconds!
