... cars. I think the reason is self-evident from the previous paragraph, and gas is also more expensive here.

We don’t think tipping is done here. It’s not an option on the credit card machines and when Donnie tipped at the bar, they always immediately put it in a donation box (usually for something military; there seems to be a great sympathy for the military here). When we gave Mike a tip, he asked, “Are you ...

Damn you Desperate Scousewives for setting me up for disappointment! I also didn't see any scouse brows! My life is a lie thanks to 'reality tv'! :p Did a Beatles themed tour .... Which I suppose was cool for all the old people lol ... While I like them, it wasn't an OMG moment ... Went to the Cavern Club ...

... our journey back to the hostel. Ideally I wanted to stay out and party but not drink because I had to drive the next morning. I think we were all so tired though from the tour and all the walking we did. I really enjoyed Liverpool. The city centre was stunning but if you go half a mile out of that then it just turns rough with rows upon rows of terrace houses which in a weird way kind of makes the city. One thing I wish we did do was to go down town to have a few drinks and a ...
