Harrisburg is in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. As we left the coast and drove east through some small passes filled with beautiful pine forests we really had no idea the Valley was going to be so large or beautiful. I hadn't been to Oregon in 10 years and the last time I was there I don't remember driving around and exploring the area much. There is mile upon mile of farmland and vineyards.
